We are building Canada's first Sovereign Virtual Training Ecosystem to prepare our workforce for the rapidly growing defence, space, and aviation sectors.
The Mission: Training 5,000 Certified Technicians by 2030
As the defence, space, and aviation sectors expand rapidly across Canada, our greatest bottleneck is not technology; it is talent. Traditional, in-person training models are simply too slow, expensive, and limited to meet the rising demand for certified technical workers.
Project Pervenire was built specifically to solve this national challenge. By bringing together Canada’s finest space, aviation, and infrastructure partners, we have created a secure, virtualized training ecosystem.
Our platform uses advanced 3D simulations and ‘digital twins’ to allow students to safely practise on complex machinery from anywhere in the country. Crucially, we do not rely on foreign public cloud services. Every byte of sensitive training data remains entirely on sovereign Canadian soil, ensuring our national security remains uncompromised.
Together, we are eliminating the traditional limits of workforce scaling, keeping our technical IP in Canada, and preparing a world-class, certified workforce that is ready to lead the future.
